Face Recognition Access (FRA)
This technology makes use of your physical characteristics such as face contour to differentiate authorized personnel from an intruder. We will first record your facial traits into our database and any entry to the protected premise will require the visitor to scan their face. If the scan matches the records in our system, access is granted otherwise, access will be denied.
Vehicle Number Plate Recognition (VNPR)
Isn’t it troublesome to stop for identification at the entry? How about parking your car and proceeding to the guard house to handwrite in the logbook? Vehicle Number Plate Recognition eliminate the above by pre-installing the vehicle number in our system so that resident of the property can travel with ease. Our smart technology will scan and process the vehicle number to ensure that only authorized vehicle is allowed to bypass the checkpoint.
Smart Centralized Control System (SCCS)
With a SCCS, you can now remotely perform multiple functions on one platform. From tweaking the brightness of the light bulb to lowering the air-conditioner’s temperature, all this miscellaneous task can be accomplished within a click. To further enhance our system, we have enabled automation for switches or lights to turn off during specific time of the day.
Facial Recognition Surveillance System (FRSS)
With our state-of-the-art technology, we are able to identify, monitor and keep track of the visitors entering and exiting the premise. The integrated cameras will capture images from all angles and tally it against the records in our system. Any blacklisted personnel will be identified and flagged out with their recorded timing. The same goes for authorized personnel in which their check in or out timing and last seen details will be reflected in a systematic order. Through the above, tailgating risk is being minimize to the lowest and the level of security is greatly increased.
Visitor Management System (VMS)
This system allows you to keep track of the human traffic entering and leaving your premise in an organized way. Visitors use their biometric traits such as the face contour to gain access to a premise. You can now throw away your logbook as any retrieval, updating and conditioning is executed via the Visitor Management System.
Resident Managment System (RMS)
Resident Management System sparks more communication between the tenants and the management office and helps to bridge any gap that might have previously exist. Miscellaneous task such as checking the monthly maintenance fees and discussion of the annual general meeting can all be view at a glance via the mobile application at the comfort of your home.
